Little Beach Resort Policies
- All rates are based on double occupancy, and subject to all applicable taxes (PST 8%, 5% GST, 2% Hotel Tax ) and may change without notice. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS
- A specific unit may be requested, however, this cannot be guaranteed.

How to Book a Cottage

- Deposit Policy: In order to confirm each reservation, a deposit equivalent to your first night’s stay is required by credit card.
- Remaining Balance of Your Stay : Is due 7 days prior to arrival.

What if I Need to Cancel?

- 7 Day Cancellation Policy: is required for a deposit refund, less all taxes and a $50 administration fee.
- Less than 7 Days Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than 7 days notice are 100% non-refundable.

Whats included in my Stay?

- We Provide: Our amazing housekeepers will do a quick cottage straightening and restock you with, fresh towels daily, amenities such as coffee and tea, as well as garbage/ recycling removal.
- We do a complete bedding change on the 5th day of your stay.

What is Not Provided?

- We Do Not Provide: Daily bed making services; Dish washing services

When can I Check-in and What is the Check-out Time?

- Check-In Time is 3 pm to 8 pm.
- Check-Out Time is 11:00 am.

Can I arrive Late?

- Sorry No Late arrivals, our office closes at 8 pm.
- Office Hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm daily.

Can I Smoke or Bring a Pet ?

- Sorry NO SMOKING: Little Beach Resort is an entirely non-smoking establishment. Smoking in the guest rooms will result in a cleaning fee and loss of reservation. Smoking is permitted outside on decks .
- Sorry NO PETS: pets are not permitted at any time on this property, this includes “in vehicles” parked on this property. Pets on the property will result in a cleaning fee and loss of reservation.
Fishing Guest Policies
If you are coming fishing please note the following:
- All fishing related gear is to be stored in your vehicle at all times.
- No fish cleaning on site or in rooms; fish are to be processed before returning to resort.
- No boats or boat trailers on property.
- No freezers on property.
- No coolers stored inside or outside of rooms.
- We do provide a storage area for coolers.
- In town processing and freezing available at Far West Foods.
EXTRA CHARGES
Are There Any Additional Charges I Should Know About?
- $100 charge for leaving dirty dishes.
- $250+ charge for leaving an excessive mess.
- $350 for breach of NO Pet or No Fish in Room Policy and reservation is void.
